Shipshewana On The Road – Gift, Food and Craft Show is about finding something fun to do on the weekend. We offer a day of shopping for the most unique trinkets and treasures under the sun. For the past two decades Shipshewana On The Road – Gift, Food and Craft Show has brought the most interesting, most innovative, most creative and just plain awesome products to our customers. You’ll find thousands of unique items that you may not find anywhere else! Come and join us! You’ll be glad you did!
- All sponsorship pricing is on a per show basis. If you wish to be a sponsor for multiple shows the pricing would be discounted on a per show basis depending on number of shows you sponsor.
- Depending on the show the average attendance is between 7,000 and 12,000 although we had over 150,000 guests attend shows last year (with the highest attendance of 13,000).
- Vendors are welcome to attend as many Shipshewana On The Road – Gift, Food and Craft Shows per season as they are able.
- All Shipshewana On The Road – Gift, Food and Craft Shows are two day shows. Vendors are required to participate in each day of the show.
Sponsorship Levels
- Non-Sponsorship:
- Commercial Vendor Application: For a Commercial Vendor (this is you if you are not a cash and carry vendor or a vendor that would typically participate in a home show or similar) that does not have products to be sold or a very limited supply of products with the main goal of obtaining potential customer information at the show. This number of commercial vendors is limited in each show. The cost is $405.00 for an inline booth, $505.00 for a corner booth, $40.00 for electric, if needed, and $10.00 to rent a table although you’re welcome to bring your own. Applications are available on the website (www.JDLShows.com) under the Vendor Information tab.

- Business name or logo on all fliers – approximately 10,000+ will be given out the show and one free inline booth ($405 value). Additionally, your logo would be placed on our Facebook page as a show sponsor.
- Price for this is $1,500.00.
- Price for this is $1,500.00.

- Buggy Sponsor:
- Business name or logo on all fliers – approximately 10,000+ will be given out at the show, logo on reusable bags supplied to customers at the show and one free corner booth ($505 value). Additionally, your logo will be placed on our Facebook page and your logo would be included in the E-Newsletter as a show sponsor.
- Price for this is $2,500.00.
- Price for this is $2,500.00.

- Price for this is $4,000.00.
- Price for this is $4,000.00.

- Platinum Sponsor:
- Business name or logo on all fliers – approximately 10,000+ will be given out at the show, logo on reusable bags supplied to customers at the show, one free corner booth ($505 value), your logo will be placed on our Facebook page, logo included in the E-Newsletter, allowed to place banner or similar near show entrance, logo placed in all television advertisements, and logo placed in all printed advertisements as a show sponsor.
- Price for this is $6,000.00.
- Business name or logo on all fliers – approximately 10,000+ will be given out at the show, logo on reusable bags supplied to customers at the show, one free corner booth ($505 value), your logo will be placed on our Facebook page, logo included in the E-Newsletter, allowed to place banner or similar near show entrance, logo placed in all television advertisements, and logo placed in all printed advertisements as a show sponsor.
