Hello and Welcome to Shipshewana On The Road.

Shipshewana On the Road was founded in November of 1992 by Darrell and Julie Lepper when they decided to bring some dealers from the Shipshewana, IN outdoor market to the Kellogg Arena in Battle Creek, MI where they live. The outdoor market had long been a favorite place for people to shop. But because of the long drive, the short season (May through October) and the fact that it was only open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, many people were unable to attend. And so...that November in 1992 started what is today 15 to 20 Shipshewana On the Road shows a year held in Michigan, Indiana,and Ohio.
